  • Your full name and email used at SheGlow
  • Verification info (we may ask for additional info to confirm your identity)

We'll respond within 45 days as required by law.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • Order data: 7 years (tax and accounting requirements)
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Account data: until you delete your account
  • Analytics data: typically 14–26 months

After these periods, we delete or anonymize your information.

We use pixels and cookies from Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and others to show you ads on those platforms based on your visits to our Site.

To opt out:

  • Browser-wide: enable Global Privacy Control (GPC)
  • Per platform: adjust ad settings on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We can't guarantee absolute security.

10. International Customers

SheGlow is based in the United States. If you visit our Site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal info from children under 13. If you believe we have collected info from a child, email info@tryheglow.com and we'll delete it.

For users aged 13–17, parental consent is recommended for purchases.

Our Site may link to third-party websites (Instagram, TikTok, blog partners, etc.). We're not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before sharing info with them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Site.
