Shipping Policy

We ship across the United States and want to get your order to you fast. Here's what to expect.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


Delays

We're not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Holiday shipping volume

If your package hasn't moved in 14+ business days, email info@tryheglow.com and we'll help.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property
  2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark "delivered" early
  3. Contact the carrier directly
  4. If still missing, email us within 7 days of delivery confirmation and we'll help resolve it

We're not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation, but we'll do our best to help.


Wrong Address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at info@tryheglow.com within 2 hours of ordering and we'll try to update it.

Once an order ships, we can't change the address. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at your cost.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We don't ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
