How to Order

Place your order anytime at tryheglow.com. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Cancellation

Need to cancel? Email info@tryheglow.com as soon as possible with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order."

• We can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet
• Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled — but you can return it under our Refund Policy
• Refunds for canceled orders go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Changes to Your Order

Need to update your address, change a product, or fix something? Email info@tryheglow.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
